This not only improves the aesthetics of a building but also the energy efficiency, and the addition of increased natural light with the installation of new rooflights. Properly maintained, the products used come with guarantees of 20 years or more.
Green & Blue Roofs
Blue roofs are not a new idea. They have been around in one form or another for well over 60 years.
The roofs are designed to explicitly store rainwater and can provide a number of benefits depending on the design.
A green roof or living roof is a roof of a building that is partially or completely covered with vegetation and a growing medium, planted over a waterproofing membrane. It may also include additional layers such as a root barrier and drainage and irrigation systems.
Standing Seam Roofs
Standing Seam with its prominent visual feature has a raised interlocking seam which joins one panel to the next. Often called “commercial roofing,” these products do provide the great protection and durability for which metal is known.
Classic’s ClickLock Standing Seam provides the look of the products that you see everywhere on most industrial and commercial buildings.
Our Specialist Areas
Liquid Waterproofing, EPDM Roofing, Bituminous Membrane, Hot Melt, Mastic Asphalt
Liquid Waterproofing
Liquid waterproofing uses a special coating to ensure that your roof system is suitably weatherproofed. This approach can be used for all types of roofing but is particularly popular on flat roofs.
EPDM Roofing
EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) widely used in low-slope buildings.
Bituminous Membrane & Hot Melt Roofing
Bituminous membranes are perfect for waterproofing roofs, basements, below-ground structures, bridges and other structures. About. 60-70% of the flat roof market worldwide is dominated by bitumen technologies.
Hot melt is a membrane that is applied as a hot liquid directly to a prepared structural deck to create a completely seamless, monolithic layer. It is suitable for use as the waterproofing layer for most new build flat roofing applications.

Residential Scheme 2
This project is a 7-floor re-cladding of a residential building in the City Centre of Liverpool. The original scope included the complete strip out of combustible cladding panels, installation of new A1 rated spandrel panels, installation of vertical and horizontal fire stopping works within the voids behind the panels, replacement of the Brise Soleil blades and balcony refurbishment and investigation works to other external wall elements to ensure a successful EWS1 rating. Following intrusive surveys and investigations whilst the project was ongoing, a number of defects were discovered within the building that would affect the fire rating and also the structural integrity and the safety of the residents.
Residential Schemes
The project carried out at Marlborough House, Plymouth, consisted of the cladding replacement to the 14th storey. The cladding was to be replaced due to fire safety concerns. In order to undertake the cladding replacement works to the 14th Storey of Marlborough House, as a specialist contractor Delta was appointed to undertake the design and installation of the high level cladding works. The success of this project where residents had to remain in occupation was largely due to the dedication, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and flexibility of our site manager, resident liaison officer, and supply chain partners.
